kid30 Posted October 11, 2010 Report Share Posted October 11, 2010 hello all,new to the site and hope you can help? i have a second hand air arms s410 k and had it chrono the other day, only to find its only just 8.2?now i was told to strip and polish the rail which i did and it is now at 8.7,is there any thing else i can do or do i need to find a shop to help me get the power up to the low 11's? thanks in advance Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

6669miked Posted October 16, 2010 Report Share Posted October 16, 2010 Hi Kid30 At what pressure was the gun when you had it checked? Is 8.7 the average? If I fill mine to 170 it will shoot around 8.5, then as the pressure goes down the fps goes up to 11.5 (at around 130) then will drop off at 100.
