Its boxed as new and can be used for any shooting discipline to measure your speed when shooting as it is a noise sensitive piece of equipment. Fast draw (western) clubs use these for practice and they are very simple to use. Full instructions come with the unit. I had it shipped from the states as you cant get them here in the UK.... As I understand it? Westerner Speed Timers offers timing units for use in Fast Draw practise. These timers are built with a modular design that allows you to use them individually or in combination with one or more display units to fit your shooting needs which can be bought seperately.
