chris o Posted November 22, 2010 Report Share Posted November 22, 2010 hi all me and a couple of friends are wanting to get some land to rent for the purpose of rearing releasing pheasants and partridge for a personal rough shoot for a group of 5-8 friends to all chip in and get a couple of hundred birds to release and shoot through the season. if anyone knows of any were that we would be able to do this. if you are in the southport, ormskirk, burscough, skelmersdale, wigan or st hellens area and have enough to run a small rough shoot with a couple of drives with plenty of wood areas pits and plenty of cover please speak up. i know it might sound cheaky asking for you to give us your land but in return you want loose any shooting rights you have and will get free game shooting during the season. chefdon is also willing to take part in this and would like 4-6 more people to join us. if anyone is intrsted pm me or reply to this post we all do have land but only 1 or 2 will be ok with us doing this.
