holly
just got a turbo cider on the go that will be ready for christmas .nothing fancy 25 ltrs of apple juice it needs to be 100% juice from concentrate not the apple drink all you do is empty the cartons into a sterilised brew bucket or use a demi john if making a small amount, add 1 sachet of cider yeast or champagne yeast put in a warm place and wait for fermentation to finish it normally takes 7 to 10 days , then place in a cool place to let it clear once cleared i then put it in a pressure barrel and add another carton of apple juice to act as a sweetener i keep it in the garage where its nice and cold and usually have cider on tap all winter Edited December 5, 2010 by holly

TryTime
Great straight forward recipe Holly... been looking at doing some homebrewing myself but most recipes seem so drawn out and complicated. looking forward to giving your recipe a whirl once my kit arrives!!
