Maintenance Required for BSA Mercury

Hi

I have recently acquired a BSA Mercury (not sure what mk it is) from my father and was wondering what sort of maintenance would be required for it as it is around 25-30 years old and although hasnt been used much has had no work done on it. Was just wondering what sort of upkeep I would need to do on the rifle. Also what sort of price would I expect to recieve for this rifle?

oil it regularly and get it cronoed to check the power because you might need a new spring

Hi if it works ok , sell it , parts for these guns are astronomical, trust me i threw a whole gun in the bin because of a missing part ,

bsa sold off the spares for these guns ,so fixing them up is not a cheap option ,
