tom_0787
Due to a lack of oiling (read any maintainance) the bolt on my CZ 452 had seen better days. I guess because I have never had to clean the bore, it has been missing the wipe over with oily rag that my other guns get after they have been used. Having just started a new job as the warranty manager for a company that manufactures stainless steel products for the marine industry I thought I would make use of one of the metal polishers. After learning how to take the bolt apart I polished up the bolt and handle. I was so happy with the results that I decided to do the trigger guard. One thing that had always irritated me was losing the magazine in the dark so i decided to polish the base of the mag so it would be easier to spot in the dark. Im really happy with the results. Hopefully with regular oiling should keep it in top condition. The CZ will always be a workhorse and fits the bill perfectly. Im surprised that with the number of CZ's out there there are next to no aftermarket parts available for them.
