woodcock11
Now is the marmalade making season and we have loads made, including about 6 kgs from very small oranges called CALAMONDINS from our greenhouse. The thing is - I have got 1.5 kg of Seville Oranges left to make one more batch of marmalade and wonder if there is any PW member out there with a cracking original recipe that they would like to share. Thanks in anticipation! ps Anyone entered a pot of marmalade to the competition at Dalemain House in Cumbria?
