MJN
If you where to attend a charity shoot on which day would you most likely attend ? A follow up to an earlier question regarding a Charity shoot our Rotary Club is organising, We have a venue (Youth Camp) we have a month in mind (October as the camp is quiet then) but now we want to know should we hold it on Saturday to avoid the clashes with club shoots or Sunday so people who want to can do both, or work on Saturdays , 50 bird shoot from 10 til 15:00 tombola type prize draw, hot food , hot drinks, a "try a shoot" stand or two. and During the week is not an option. Thanks in advance for your votes and comments. Regards Mike.
apache
Personally I have less on on a Sunday so would pick that day. You're too far away, I'm not coming either day!
MC
I voted that I would shoot on either day, however from an economic point of view sunday would be favourable. If you can get fixtures from the local clubs and try and avoid them. That way you will get more locals shoot it. There is about 40 at two of my clubs who would shoot it, but would probably favour a club day. Unless you run it all day putting last entries at around 2.30 - 3PM
MJN
Hi Martin, We thought 10.00 thru 15:00 to catch as many people as possible. Mike
