Ferretboy111
Have been researching on here regarding trail cams and wondered what models people on here have and whether they are any good or not. Im quite happy to pay up to four hundred pounds, but dont want to unless I have too to get a decent model. Would be used mainly at night time so a decent infrared is essential. Any help or advice is much appreciated. Many thanks Alex
CharlieT
Alex They are good fun and well worth having. mine is some years old but still works well and gives more than acceptable results. The new infra red ones are a vast improvement. In my view the main point is to make sure that the delay time, ie the time it takes the camera to "wake up" from standby to actually taking the picture, is minimal. I can't remember the make of mine and as it's out in a field I cant look but think it's a Moultery or some such name. Uttings have quite a range. I bought mine in the States and had it posted over. I use it in the summer round the release pens and it's proved its worth !!. C
