angrymallard
Hi PW I am 18 and i have shot for a a number of years now. I want to take a few off my friends out clay shooting to let them experience what it is like and hopefully get into the sport themselves. However i am not sure if i can do this buy law. I hold a NI firearms certificate and although my guns have not been added to my liscense they are on loan from my fathers( i plan on transfaring them soon). Am i able to take my friends to a clay ground and let them shoot? I would also like to mention that they are all over 18 years of age. Thanks. HDAV
Not sure on local regs but best take them to clay ground and book them a lesson or "have a go" session done this with friends before, worked well and they enjoyed it Ground will let you know the formalities not sure if you have Section 11 exemptions in NI or not. Afte the staff have seen they are safe they will usually then let you take them next time (that's how it works here)
davie mac
To me it reads like a big fat no,but you could give the peelers a ring and double Chick http://www.psni.police.uk/index/advice-and-legislation/firearms/advice_firearms_know_the_law.htm
