ack-ack
I was scanning through the local rag the other day and local dangling journo and ex England Team sea dangler Alan Yates had a paragraph urging people not to fall for a blag when they renew their licence online. A firm had set up a site and they came up top of the list when you googled 'rod licence'. They are marking up a rod licence by 50%. All of a sudden I realised. I'd been getting some blank looks from folk as I moaned about the price hike this year. I didnt for one minute think that I was not on the Environment agency website. Seeing as they've just done 50 million on a new sea wall down our way I attributed the rise to this. What a spanner I am. Make sure you dont get caught folks. BerettaSV10
Says at the bottom of the web site we will charge a small fee (£14) for checking your application. Think I will go direct to the eviroment agency below and not pay any fees. http://www.environment-agency.gov.uk/homeandleisure/recreation/fishing/31497.aspx
