Gnome of the Woods
A big thank you to Ben and Nick for baby sitting me in Terry's absence Had my first 100 bird sporting today, only my second scoring round. We went over to Aylesbury and was met with a nice sausage roll and free beverages. A really good variety of targets in my humble inexperienced opinion. Scored 45/100 which wasn't bad in the conditions, but plenty of room for improvement! Really looking forward to getting out again and testing myself. Frenchieboy
45/100 isn't bad for a beginner, especially when you take into account the strong winds that many of us have been experiencing recently which can make for some pretty testing clays! All you have to remember is that practice makes perfect, I know when I (And a great many others I suspect) started would have been delighted to have hit 45/100! (Thinking about it, and being totally honest, even now when I shoot clays I would be fairly content with a score like that )
