sully7s
went out at 5pm try and shoot some rooks with are new covered pigeons, did not have much joy one came my side so let him have a number 6 from the side by side, and he flew on then it was like watching a old spitfire coming down may day may day going down fud dead, then my mate had two more and a pigeon in the corn that we found by pure luck im sure, that was it so home for tea then went out with 25/06 to a place we had seen 2 cubs 3 weeks ago but no vixen, we laid up with good field of view and ranged 230 yrds back hedge, after about 45 minutes on being laid up i spotted a cub near back hedge scracthing away then he move towards us he stopped broad side so i lined up the enginge room and squezzed bang but he ran so as i reloaded he dropped about 20yrds from shoot, my mate said my go now so we waited not 15 minutes and another came to same place where i shoot mine and stopped after a little squeak stopped bang he was not moving at all, i was buzzing still from mine what good end to slow day
