kent
Sounds like tapeworm cyst. Opening the sac releases the parasite, rendering the meat useless. If in doubt don't eat if you find something out of the ordinary as a general rule, better to waste an odd one than be nervous over eating it or selling on and feeling guilty

yankeedoodlepigeon
I found one of these type burn sacks in a Rabbit over the weekend without the huge lump. Its now in the freezer along with 8 of his friends. Not much chance of picking that one out now.
