"Smart" Battery Charger

Recommended Posts

They are very good, but are really something that is designed for NICAD, or NIMH batteries, as these tend to have memory problems (Especially NICAD) :good:

I did however manage to get a good intelligent charger from ALDI, does all types of lead battery, liquid, gel, and another type too, has three settings

Setting one goes from 0,2 a/h to 14 a/h, and 2 goes from 14 a/h to 120 a/h, with setting 3 being the same as 2, but for cold conditions (Deepest winter). It only does 12 volt, but I manage to charge my two 7 a/h 6 volt batteries by coupling them together to make one 12 volt while charging.

Only cost £ 20.00 too :good:
