sarol
i,ve been using baikel hushpower .410 for rabbit and have found it shoots very low from aim point. my gun does not have a front sight bead on the moderator. aiming at head at 25 yards i am hitting legs. at closer range having to aim a lot over (covering target with barrel and loosing sight of target) to get a kill. i have used a bore sighter and i have to drop the rear of the gun about 15mm to see the laser dot above the barrel. does anyone know of a way of fitting a rear sight or red dot sight on this gun? any help would be great. thanks
drut
Had the same issues with aim with my Baikal.410 with add-on silencer.Managed to fit sight using clamp block but there must be an easier way.On my 12g Pedretti Hushpower I use a weaver rail bonded to the silencer tube & screwed to the collar. sarol
thanks for the info and help. the clamp looks good, but more engineering than i could manage and i thought of gluing a rail to the moderator tube. was not sure what glue would hold and how to get it purfectly on top, not off to one side or the other.
