Hi,

I know nothing about ferrets (except they bite) but a friend asked me to ask what a decent ferret finder at low cost is? What features should he loop for, where to buy from and what's a must have feature and a nice to have feature I guess?

Any comments appreciated?

Thanks,

Jon

There is only reallly one decent type of ferret finder thats the Deben type i use the Mk3 you can get them off of ebay cheaper than new there is also the mk1 but im not so keen on those but some people will use nothing else............

I use the MK1, does the job for me. At this time of the year places like eBay will be going for more than they're worth IMO. If your mate has a look for one when the traditional ferreting season is over he might get a bargain. I got a box and collar for £25 all in not too long ago :good:
