Which rotary?

Depends what you want it for, you may want to look at the site sponsor as they do packages - would include wing spreaders, battery, charger, speed controller potentially?

Do you want to use dead birds, decoys or potentially both ?

Have you got batteries lying around for it? (and charger)

How much do you want to spend?

Thins like height alterations, speed alterations, bags to carry them in - I think some of its more about catching the eye of the buyer rather than the bird but some features will prove useful.

Decided to add a rotary / magnet to my bouncers and shells.

Been looking on good old eBay but I'm confused! I can pay anything from £55 to £100 for a new one? What is the difference? What do you guys recommend getting?

For the best ones you´ll be paying £ 200.00 - £ 300.00. The cheaper ones will be based on windscreen wiper motors and will eat batteries, the more expensive will be direct drive motors and use a lot less battery power, and be lighter too !!

You pays yer money and takes yer choice :good:

Ok, so I have batteries, can easily rig up a speed control, don't want it in a bag etc

I really want to use it with dead birds but have some bouncer decoys, that I could use sometimes?

So basically I just want a rotarybut I don't want to buy cheap if it won't last. It will get used about 30 times a year.
