claylady Posted September 10, 2011 Report Share Posted September 10, 2011 WRAP A YOUNG RABBIT IN BACON THEN IN FOIL. COOK SLOWLY IN THE OVEN UNTIL THE MEAT IS TENDER. REMOVE THE BACON AND THE MEAT FROM THE BONES. PUT SOME BUTTER AND MIXED HERBS (FRESH OR DRIED) IN A FRYING PAN. BREAK THE MEAT AND BACON UP AND FRY IN THE PAN UNTIL CRISPY.
