Missing chokes/stuck forend on a greener GP Multi-choke

I have just bought an absolutely immaculate 1963 Greener GP with the Multi-choke setup. It has 1/4 and Full chokes with it, but my memory from over 40 years ago says there were originally a set of 4 chokes. Are the others under the forend, or inside the butt, or were they supplied loose, does anyone know? Also, how do I get the forend off? I have removed the two screws, but it still seems to be stuck and I am loathe to risk damaging such a clean gun by trying to force it.

Any advice/literature/instruction books etc welcomed (or of course, any spare chokes! )

The gun came with the two choke tubes from a choice of five, and in the past twenty years I have only collected one extra choke tube, fracture

Ah, right, my last one I had back in 1972 had been previously owned by my mate's dad. Knowing him, he would have ordered all four from the supplier, will have been the reason why he had the extra ones. Thanks for that.
