It is as new as I had the whole gun cammo taped at one point. Excellent rifle. Comes in walnut stock. scope on top is an MTC viper 4-16x56 IR. Scope is also mint condition and comes with covers and sunshade. Bipod is not included. Any questions just ask. The bipod was not attached so there are no holes in the stock.
