For those who don't know, Sparsholt is just outside Winchester, and the college runs courses for agriculture, horticulture, fisheries management, gamekeeping, veterinary studies, equine studies etc etc. As well as an open day, there is also a show with all the usual displays, trade stands etc. (Anybody going should have a peep at the hatchery, I've never seen so many partridge chicks).
