Axor
Well I have had this smoker for over 10yrs and its still going strong, yesterday it had another outing. I had some rabbits in the frezzer from the other week and thought it would be a good idea to smoke them for a change. The rabbits were marinated over night using mustard, tomato sauce, american spice mix and a bit of chilli powder. The smoker is a water smoker so the meat stays moist and tender, inside it has 3 tiers, the base one for the charcoal, second for the water bowl and then 2 cooking racks. Its a slow process (3hrs cooking time) because of the water but worth the wait. once the coals where up to the right temp 2 hand fulls of water soaked Hickory chips where added to the coals to smoke and start the process. I would have taken a picture when they came straight out of the smoker but one went 2 doors up and the other my boy had most of as soon as it was ready emmmmmmm very tasty

mikey2341
I've just got a snowbee smoker from John Norris as a Christmas present, it's aimed at trout, but will be trying pigeon and rabbits in it too!
