jayson
Our first muntjac does out with Jase and Mike from muntjacstalker in bedfordshire. fantastic morning as soon as we set of along the woodland there was 2 or 3 barking at us before they vanished into the woods.came across a buck that didnt clock us and i had a practice mount on sticks and let it wonder off at its own pace so it didnt start barking and then carried on and came across a nice doe feeding on acorns and branbles under a oak tree, got set up on sticks and waited a minute for it to turn and crack straight down with the 243 well chuffed and the meat tastes fantastic in the slow cooker. Well worth the visit
camokid
fair play jason really does have some prime land over there. i do find the 243 a bit much for such a small deer (meat damage wise.) i use both 243 and 223 and find less is better
