normgun
every one has been raving about these nd3x50, any personal experiences? i seen on another forum that some people have had a few problems with the switches, but lots of good reports, thinking of getting one any advice appreciated. thanks
Cake444
I’ve not used one myself but they do seem quite promising from the reviews. There is a video below which the shooter demonstrates his ND laser at the end on some rabbits.
Jesse James
Ive been using one for the last two month or so now, I go out two evenings in the week and out weekends and have to say happy with my ND3. and mainly the battery life 9 hours and only one CR123 needed to run it. Have shot foxes, rabbits at distance of 100+ yards with my .17HMR However it is not "night vision", I use my red filter/ lamp to get location firstly of rabbit / fox eyes, then use the ND3 to follow, sight in and shoot. On my land many vermin appear to be lamp shy so this has helped, proof is in the pudding as they say. again who's to say that a lamp and green filter would not work also in my case.... :hmm: the cost is high for this equipment but nothing like cost of night vision, but again this "ND3" is not night vision, just green laser that can be made larger to fill scope and give you a good view of vermin with out scaring them or if lamp shy. I had some cash given to me so bought one... not looked back yet with it. would like night vision though of course... lee lee
pstenson123
How much does the ND3 cost?
Jesse James
Cost is any thing between £250 - £300 new depending who, where what model, ND3 Sub Zero or ND3. I paid £245.00 new. There are some on Ebay and was one on here a few weeks ago for £180.00 second hand. lee.

Beardo
If anyone is thinking of getting one I would suggest you do get the subzero model as the normal one doesn't work in the winter! (even the manual suggests using two pocket heat packs and elastic bands to hold them on!)
