Was just on looking for advice on geese and came across this. I headed to a flooded field along the lower bann this evening after a duck and there was at least fifty greylag's sitting in the puddle. As I approached to about 100m they walked onto the grass. I waited to it was completely dark without getting a shot at a duck but the geese never left. What would be the best way to go about getting a shot at them if they dont leave at night?

Probably best way to do this is to flush them. Get a friend to walk around the other side of them, and flush them towards you and get yourself hidden on their flightpath.
