Gun Watch Posted December 2, 2011 Report Share Posted December 2, 2011 Falcon Titan/Falcon 12" £250 .177 Air Rifle Private Seller Used - Mint Condition south ockendon, Essex Pre-Charged Pneumatic Description For sale my Titan/Falcon FN12 .177 single shot (tho i think a multishot conversion kit is available ) sitting in a walnut sporter stock.When i brought this around 9 months ago it was advertised as a "Bowkett Special" and i have no reason to think other wise.The 12" action (flat square breach) has had a detwanger fitted,a brass straight trigger and a Stalker type quick fill thats normally fitted to the Stalker rifles,im almost certain this was all done by JB and maybe part of the "Special" .In the time ive had this i have added a Falcon slip on silencer + front/rear sling studs. The stock is lovely Titan walnut sporter stock R/H which has had a few coats of oil and is showing some very nice grain indeed,also fitted is a Bisley adjustable butt pad. As for condition i would give the action 98% as the probe bolt has very slight signs of use but apart from that i really cant find a mark on it,the silencer does have the odd small mark.The stock i would say 95% as it does have the odd slight dink in but you have to look hard to see them!. It chrono`s at 11.2 ft/lbs with Bisley Magnums which it seems to love,it also likes AA Field which shoot at 10.4 ft/lbs but of course it can be adjusted to suite your own pellet preference!.From each 180 bar fill i am getting approx 40-45 shots which then takes it down to around 90-100 bar.It seems the most consistent between these pressures so must be the "sweet spot".This rifle also holds air indefinately!. The rifle will come with the filling adapter,sling studs and the Falcon slip on silencer. I am asking £250 FACE to FACE so the buyer can view the rifle in person,i am situated near Lakeside shopping centre. Please no offers at this time but i might interested in taking a full power b/barrel springer or a multi pump pcp in P/X ,if any pics are required then please just ask and i will email them to you!.
