southdowns_stalking
Here is one of my favorite recipes, just swap the ostrich for venison! Can also be cooked in the slow cooker. Should look like this once finished, can always swap the couscous for potato! Edited January 11, 2012 by southdowns_stalking

paul6806
What can I say, went up to Alex's house this morning, I was made to feel incredibly welcome, met the family and what a great bloke. After chatting over several coffee's I left with 3 slabs of meat including muntjac and goose. Can't wait to get it in the slow cooker/oven. Thanks for the offer of lamping Alex, the answer is anytime you have a spare seat. Much obliged. Paul
