Wriggler
I went this afternoon armed with my new floaters and flocked shells to see if they made any difference. By the time I was back in the hide one bird had popped down for a look, I hadn't even got my gun out of the slip The birds were coming steadily throughout the next few hours, just in ones or twos, often enough to keep it interesting. A very nice bird of prey came over and hovered about twenty feet away from my hide eying up the decoys so the pattern must have looked ok , a while later a smaller one had a couple of dives amongst them. I only shot a couple of pigeons, might as well of just shouted "BANG" and pointed the gun, but it was a nice sunny day and the birds of prey made it a more enjoyable afternoon.
