Oh joy! At last it's arrived!

It is with great pleasure that I announce the arrival of my pigeon rotary from Decoy UK.

Firstly can I thank all of you that replied to me and offered me advice. As a newcomer, surely this is what the forum is all about. I hadn't quite realised what a 'can of worms' I'd opened but with the forum members help my issues are at last resolved.

Decoy UK have sent me my goods and also given me a gift in the way of an apology for my troubles. This is not the place to 'air' the reasons offered for this service glitch and I promised to try and re-assure fellow forum members by posting that I have had a positive outcome.

 

So there we go, it's all water under the bridge. My experience as a customer has been fed back so hopefully we can all learn from my misfortune. I'm going to be working in the Yorkshire in the next few months, so I will hopefully get a chance to pop in to the shop and maybe buy something else.

 

All we need now is some pigeons...can you order them on-line?..perhaps not!

I had the exact same problem with these cowboys - I ordered the magnet for intended use in summer 2010 and there were still parts "in the post" or "arriving tomorrow" when they were cutting the crop the following year! Their gift voucher is still yet to be used, I don't know if I can be bothered with the aggro to order something to spend the voucher!
