fabpeter
These little Bushnells were made with an integral rail mounting system which fit rimfire/air-rifle dovetails. Made by the well respected optics company, Bausch & Lomb in Japan. This 4x18mm scope with medium cross hairs is in excellent condition, as can be seen by the photos, and suitable for small game hunting, target shooting or plinking, with it's very clear optics. I've had it mounted on my 1951 rimfire rifle, it set up easily and has held zero exceptionally well. The turrets adjust smoothly, (no clicks) and the mount is very positive giving great flexibilty when adjusting eye relief. A front lens cover is also supplied. I am only selling it because I recently bought a scope which is more "era correct" for the vintage rifle and I have too many scopes already! ( I will be selling a couple more Japanese made scopes in the coming weeks.) These Bushnell Customs were made in the 1970s and are becoming hard to find, especially in this condition! £40.00 posted. (Well packaged in a non-original box.) Edited March 3, 2012 by fabpeter

This is a great little scope, but I will consider any sensible offer, because I need to free up some funds for a different shooting project! As said before, I will list a couple of other Japan made scopes soon, they are good 4X32 scopes, ideal for hunters. Peter.
