Gun History help?!

I have a 12 bore side by side shotgun which was given to me, and i believe it to be Austrian and apparently it was swapped during the war by the person who gave it to me for a camera.

I have all the numbers and details of it but am struggling to date it!

If anyone knows about it then I would be very grateful of any knowledge given on it!

On the underside of the trigger guard, it says FERLACH, GMF, AUSTRIA

on the barrels it says: BOHLER-BLITZ STAHL (believed to be the steel used for the barrels)

on the barrels: 12/70 (believed to be the gauge and chamber length)

On the barrels: 38/1207

IT also has on the barrels a 'W' letter with a ring around it, and also the letters NPF in a formation of the N and P being large next to each other, and the F being small under the P.

It also has what looks like to be an eagle with outspread wings.

And there are a few numbers on the the stock where the barrels meet: 1728.53

It would be very interesting to know how old it is and whether it is worth anything.

Thanks Sam
