codling99 Posted March 14, 2012 Report Share Posted March 14, 2012 i do a lot of pumping,and personally id advise a shakespear/alvey slim pump,dont touch cheaper models,they wont last,if you buy second hand,look or enquire about ware on nut on top where pull bar comes through,they ware out after a few years and hard to get hold of.may be wise to ask if bottom has been trimmed at all too.wsf a good fishing site ,thousands of members on there worldwide.
