Now the plan for my CZ 452 .17HMR American heavy varmint barrel was to recover it in the produc detailed in my first post !

The plan was also to ask my uncle to help me do it as he builds modle planes and uses simlar sticky films etc and is a brillient artist so has a great eye for things.

All this was untill my farther got wind of my plan..............Thats right, his face dropped a mile and it was a clasic case of sibling rivalry between him and his brother ! So i had to abort plan A and go to plan B.......

Plan B = My Dad the engineer who has to over engineer everything to the finest detail......but am glad he does as it means his work is spot on !

The product says allow upto 3 hours but on the online video it was done in an hour and Phil hardman did his in a little over that !

Lesson 1 learnt..... Engineers need lots of time to prep for the job and in this case 1 hour a slice of fresh baked choc cake and a brew !

Eventually we got started ................ an hour ater all parts warming and drawn and meassured and meassured some more we fianlly made a start !

I had told KA i would be a max of 3 hours as my dads very handy with this sort of thing ! How wrong was i.........

Finally after 4.5 hours we were done Brain surgery must take less time than this perfectionist ! lol

Anyway this is the finished thing, excuse the poor photos but the only camera i have is on my phone currently !

But never the les a great job by my dad !

£49.99 for the kit, £6.99 for the P&P and its couriered and the service is excellant as i said before !

The stuff is good and am happy, its fine on all of it appart from around the pistol grip is tricky but plenty of warmth to work with and good over laps should do the job nicely, if you do get a kit and want to PM me i will give you my number and have a chat on the phone if you like and try to help as much as i can ! :-D
