wulliewinky Posted April 9, 2012 Report Share Posted April 9, 2012 fellas, i aint used cradles before so i thot id buy some, heres the question..... shot a couple of doo's put them in the cradles to put in the pattern but i found the cradles stem a bit long to rest head on... do i need to trim them down or is there a knack to puttin the birds in ? pegasus bridge Posted April 9, 2012 Report Share Posted April 9, 2012 you push the spike into the head rather than rest it on top (as far as the top of the skull), I usually get the angle grinder out and put a dull point on them - be careful though when pushing them through - the last thing you want is a spike in the hand after its been through the pigeons head Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
