Bewsher500
went out with the .17 last night to see if I could get some longer range rabbits that have been eluding me with the .22, **** law the list dropped to ground level screwing up the NV/IR and lamp in one fell swoop. Parked myself under the shadow of a tree and was scanning around to see which if any of the ones I could still see were in range. Looked up and there is a fox come straight at me at a trot! It came into less than 10 feet but never stopped long enough for me to do anything about it. but curiosity did for it as it did for the cat. A quick squeak stopped him about 50yds out and he started circling me, unfortunately for him he decided to stop broadside just where the branches opened up enough for a shot! last one I got there was coming at me like a steam train as well. Going to have to start packing a pistol for close quarters work!
