dougall
Years ago I used Beasleys in Oxfordshire area regularly. They had/have a lot of ground,200,000 acres + I believe. Will Beasley, who is site sponsor as family also own Shootwarehouse, usually does the guiding. You meet at their house just North of Oxford then go off to wherever they have pigeon. They are not the most organised, but have the land/the knowledge/the kit.Phil, the old man,is a character(and a hell of a good shot) It is normally WIll who runs it.He knows what he is doing and on a good day a good bloke. At 9am he often looks like he has slept in a hedge.I have not been for a long time but had some very good days and a few not so(typical of pigeon shooting). He charges quite alot I think £150 per gun for full guided days.Give him a ring and some notice, used to get booked up a bit. There are no guarantees with pigeons, but think you have as good a chance with Will as any due to his large area of coverage.Think his details are via shootwarehouse website if not just google Beasleys/pigeons.
