well i found these photos from a few months ago that i thought i would post,

im not a fan of shooting hares but as i was asked to by the farmer i thought i must as i want to show him im doing my job for him, on both my permissions one 550 acres the other 200 on both i was asked to not shoot the hares that was fair enough as you dont see many.

on entering the local shop one day i saw the farm owner who asked for a quick word, he begged for me to come sort the hares out as there getting out of control with eating the crop he had planted a month before, he even went to the extent to cover them with a type of white thin sheet (not sure what the name is) i popped up that following night and saw 8 in total, the first i had with the hmr was clearly caught in the act with a mouth full of grass.

i carried on walking around abit but with some non safe back drops i found them running away and not returning,

on the way back to the car and after semi packing up i could see a hare sitting high at around 150 yards.

with a head shot dropping him on the spot.

so far ive had 12 of the same field with what ive seen only 3 left, altho i think 3 is not going to cause much of a problem, he wants them all gone,

altho i dont want to rid them all from the field, after all it is the reason why i shoot across his fields :good:
