whitey10765666
I'm currently using a timer for my flapper 4seconds on and off but was thinking of getting a remote so i can switch it on and off at my discretion, any one use these, are the ranges any good, any problem with them, its gotta be better than rolling out yards and yards of wire like my shooting buddy does. Guest g80sr
I have used a radio control from an R/C model boat via a speed controller. Works well for me. Any woodies that perch nearby to study the decoys cant resist a few quick flaps. Seems to bring them in well.

I was thinking along the same line i got a few rc helicopters, some in bits, i just had to see how they work .
Cosd
I use a remote in conjunction with the timer, I find this method very effective. Ive never tested how far it will go, but the usual distance is around thirty yards and it has no problem at that distance. Cos
