nobber
Hi all With the quality of this year's harvest looking particularly poor do any of you have concerns around not getting the right level of nutrients into your birds? Is anybody considering adding a supplement to their wheat to boost the birds nutrient intake? If sonwhat are planning to use? Any replies appreciated. Taffyshooter
You can get liquid vitamin feed which is added to their drinking water. You can also privide greenery like chickweed, dandelion for young birds and turnips, artichokes and potatoes for older birds.
39TDS
I doubt the vitamin are going to be any lower than usual, quite possibly higher if anything. Vits in the water and greenery in the diet is always going to be a good thing. I would say the only thing likely to be lacking in the poor quality wheat is going to be carbs due to undeveloped grains.
