p-a-s Posted September 5, 2012 Report Share Posted September 5, 2012 Well i made 4 of these kits 2 at 20 litres, and 2 at 12 litres and added an 8oz jar of my own honey to each fermenting bucket.All was bottled on 12th aug with an extra 10 grams of sugar,temptation got the better of me last night and i sampled a bottle from a 20 litre kit,wow what a pint that was.Tonight i tried a bottle from the 12 litre kit,another cracking pint,still a little cloudy but a rather nice pear kind of flavour to it.
