cumbrian shooter
just wondering even tho my gun is steel proof'd would large quantities cause damage in time? also what are the advantages/ dis-advantages of using steel? regards C.S
kent
the shot can still damage the barrel IF it comes into contact with it via escaping the shot cup. Advantages are it works and its legal. downside it ricochets badly in trees etc. and you can easy break a tooth if you dont clear every last one from what you shoot (i have and i also use a metal detector on the meat). Steel shot proof is realy about increased pressures
