JOHN BOY
Hi guys Have any of you replaced your wooden stock for a synthetic one and is it better or not? Is it a bespoke job or is there standard moles available? what are the costs and where did you get it done ?
Albert 888
Never had one changed but for a general use gun, synthetic is great wash under the hot water tap scrub clean with fairy liquid then dry off with a towel and leave to dry, after that use a lightly oiled rag to make it look new again. Wood does look better though. Whats it for, have a kevlar stock on a rifle and love it. Plastic on my auto love that too.

Albert 888
Is it for the marsh. My auto get covered in it. Comes up well after a bath and light oiling.
