JonathanL
The thing I think is crazy is if you go and stay with a friend and take firearms you cannot deposit your gun in his cabinet, as then he'd have access to your guns! Yep, more of the utter illogical madness that is UK gun law. J .
Anonymouslemming
Is that a trick question? They have three main parts just like S/S & O/U guns. On an O/U, when I remove the fore-end, the stock / action doesn't really have any exposed bits that I worry about keeping from rubbing up against stuff or being dinged. On the semi, the magazine tube and spring dirty everything they touch. So far, I've just separated the barrel from the rest of the gun, but reading this, I think I need to just get something to keep the stock clean and away from things and break into 3 parts instead of 2. HDAV
3 or 2 the thing is neither offers access to a complete gun.... Perazzi and others have drop out trigger units very handy for this..........
