Which Motor for a rotary?

I have a rotary that I aren't sure of the make.

I have a wildhunter lithium battery to power it with but only seems to go very slow, about 25 rpm with 2 dead birds on. With a lead acid battery it seems to go too fast if I don't use a speed controller with it. Both batteries, the 15ah lithium and a 15ah lead acid only seem to last about 3 hours each.

I am looking at replacing the motor for another one but there seems to be that many different car wiper motors out there.

First of all does anyone use a rotary with a lithium battery and if so do you know the make of the motor, I presume the lithium battery is pushing around 11v (I don't think they push the full 12v) and presume this is why my existing motor is going slower than it is with the lead one.

Is there a motor anyone can recomend to use with a lithium battery, hopefully one that can be easily adjusted to about 45rpm.

From what I can gather, although the lithium battery may give a slightly lower output, the power output will stop the same through the full cycle of the battery so it shouldn't start to slow down after an hour or so, hopefully once I have found a motor I can fine tune to the speed I want I should have a constant speed every time I use the battery (depending in the wind).
