NIGHT SEARCHER
I have been to a few places and the best price i have had is £65. The worst £110. What I am after is a spare key for my 1997 Mitsubishi Shogun not an import. The car only came with one key and it`s a Transponder key. I can get key blanks of ebay for a few pounds plus having it cut say £10 to £15. But if I go that way i am being told it will be £50 to have the key programmed. Is £65 a good price to supply a Transponder key. Cut It. And Program the new key.
karpman
Sounds about right to me pal. We have a chap come out to the garage who supplies cuts and codes keys for us at about that price. Karpman

karpman
The only other get out of jail is strap the chip out the key or key its self to the transponder and have a couple of chipless keys cut. Bit steady here at the mo in the car sales lol Karpman
