sutty
Welcome to the forum futch I have an Air arms TX200 and my son has the weirauch 97k both are equally good bunny and pigeon stoppers. Call me bias but i think the TX200 is a better looking gun but is a tad on the heavy side, (saying that i find it being that bit heavier steadies my aim a bit ) The Weirauch performs just as well though and is a bit lighter to carry and mount. both are in .22 calibre and were around the same price. I am sure which ever one you go for you wont be disapointed with their performance. hope this is some help to you . good hunting regards Sutty
1 of 5
The TX is way better than the HW. Every TX I've ever shot has performed like the best "tuned" Weirauch's. A fully lazaglided HW will just about beat a std TX but out of the box the AA is a clear winner on smoothness and build quality
Futch
Ive decided on a TX200 with walnut stock, and perhaps a bsa contender scope, anyone have experience with these optics?
1 of 5
Contenders are not highly rated. Cheap feel to them and chinese made. What mag range are you after?
