Darno
I forgot how enjoyable shooting with my air rifle was! Monday am: shooting corvids on the farm yard, this was with shotguns in a neighbouring field but I will get to the air rifle! Set up hides etc and ended up with 48 crows. Not bad. Once we packed up we left a load of rabbits from the night before at the yard to be picked up by myself later in the day, Went to look on a few other farms but nothing about so decided to call it a day! I dropped by to pick up the rabbits and thought as I have to walk around the yard I would take my air rifle. As I got out the car there were a load of jackdaws in the tree above so loaded up and dropped one out the tree. Went a nd got the bucket of rabbits and on my way back noticed 2 woodies on the barn roof, crept to within range and dropped one of them to:-) Me and my mate lamp this farm quite often and there always seems to be a rabbit in this one location that moves as soon as you get the crosshairs on him! He was there today:-) crept through a barn to get within range, leaning on the barn doorframe I dropped him with a clean headshot at about 35yrds:-) As I said I forgot how enjoyable a bit of pest control is with me trusty air rifle! Can t wait to take it out again!
