Will Poon
Just got my 725 back from a having its stock and forend oiled, very very nice job indeed I'll post some pics another time,BUT the gun won't engage to fire so I'm really not a happy chappy  When I try to dry fire the gun it's like the gun has its safety catch on, if I break the gun open it doesn't engage the cocking mechanism so ive taken the stock off the receiver but all seems ok it looks like the strikers (if that's the name) aren't fully pulling down to engage in a firing position. Any ideas anyone have I or the woodwork guy missed out something, I've spoken to malmo guns but I can't get to them till Thursday :( thanks all. HDAV
Have you tried tapping the stock to simulate recoil probably wont help 725 has mechanical triggers so it should cock ,fire, fire, eject then recock.
