Me also in south Yorkshire, applied, 21st Jan, interview 5th march, should be arriving any time

But a mate of mine applied 2 weeks before me, and histook about 4 weeks start to finish,

Just rang up and licence got posted out yesterday, so just shy of 12 weeks in total, but they told me have just moved office so are experiencing a back log, like I said, my mate applied 2 weeks before me, and got his on about 5 weeks, licence dropped on the doormat 2 weeks to the day since his interview

As above, I rang up a few times, always rang the same number, therefore got through to a miserable sounding woman everytime, who sounded like she was on a script 'yeah it's still waiting to be processed, one to two weeks', Tuesday this week I rang another number, through to a bloke who said 'ok, I can see you have been waiting a while, I will get somebody onto it and do our best to get it on its way this week', lo and behold, it's in the post.

Go on the south Yorkshire police firearms page and there's a few, I would suggest calling the number ending in 4

Im still waiting for a visit from the local West Midlands FEO, its been five weeks now since posting the application so hopefully it should be soon.
